Overview
LittleWeek AI stores and processes information you provide so signed-in adults in a family space can organize and share plans. The details below describe the current product behavior.
1. Account information
LittleWeek AI handles account identifiers and profile information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, role, and any birthday you choose to add.
2. Family profiles
Adults may name a family space and add child profiles, including names, birthdays, notes, roles, and profile photos. Child profiles are not sign-in accounts.
3. Family content and sharing
The service stores plans, to-dos, reminders, lists, notes, important dates, source text, and attachments that adults submit. Signed-in adults in the same family space can access shared family content according to the product permissions. If you enable the Beta calendar subscription, LittleWeek AI creates a secret read-only address that exposes calendar event titles, dates, times, locations, and descriptions to the calendar app or provider that fetches it. Anyone with the address can read that calendar data until you stop the subscription or generate a new address.
4. AI processing
When you use an AI organization feature, LittleWeek AI sends the text or attachment you submit, along with relevant language, date, time zone, and family context, for AI processing. The result is returned as a draft for you to review.
5. Device and local information
The app keeps some preferences and cached display data on the device. Sign-in tokens use protected device storage. The app may also receive device type and operating system, notification authorization, device name, push token, and time zone information needed for enabled features.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, LittleWeek AI stores personal notification choices and push notification device registrations. Notification providers receive the delivery information needed to send an alert. Lock-screen content depends on your preview setting and the notification type.
7. Support and feedback
Feedback you submit, including screenshots you choose to attach, is sent to LittleWeek AI to understand and follow up on that feedback. The feedback screen lets you cover private or unrelated screenshot details before sending. Contact us opens your mail app with a prefilled draft; the app does not automatically attach family data. Email sign-in uses your email address to deliver a verification code.
8. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide shared family features, generate drafts you request, sync content, deliver enabled notifications, create exports, respond to support, troubleshoot problems, maintain the service, and understand whether core product flows work.
9. Product analytics
LittleWeek AI uses first-party product analytics to measure first open, sign-in and activation progress, feature and screen use, retention, and notification delivery and opening. Analytics may include pseudonymous installation and session identifiers, signed-in account and family-space identifiers, app and device context, event time, and a small set of event properties. It does not include family-content text, titles, attachment contents, email addresses, names, or push tokens.
10. Service providers
LittleWeek AI relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, AI processing, email delivery, and push delivery. They receive information needed for the function they provide.
11. Controls and retention
The app currently provides a family-data export and controls for supported content and preferences. Deleting an account or family space is not currently available as a self-service setting. Some operational records and backups may be retained for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal requirements.
12. Security
LittleWeek AI uses authenticated accounts and family-space permissions to limit access, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Keep account access private and review who belongs to your family space.
13. Changes and questions
This notice may change as the product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact LittleWeek AI support for privacy questions or requests.
