Scope
These terms apply to the LittleWeek AI website and app services. Any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived still apply.
1. Service purpose
LittleWeek AI is a family organization and scheduling tool. It is not a school, medical provider, childcare provider, emergency service, or source of legal, financial, educational, safety, or other professional advice.
2. Eligibility
The service is for adults, including parents, legal guardians, and adults authorized to help with care arrangements. Children may appear in family content but are not expected to operate the product.
3. Accounts and family spaces
A family space supports up to two signed-in adults. You are responsible for access to your account and for inviting only adults who are allowed to access the information in your family space.
4. User content
You keep your rights in content you submit. As needed to provide and operate the service, LittleWeek AI may host, store, sync, parse, transform, display, export, back up, delete, and maintain that content, and use it to generate AI drafts.
5. Sensitive family information
Family content may include health notes, allergies, pickup arrangements, school information, locations, and other sensitive details. Only add information that you are authorized to share with the adults in your family space.
6. AI review
AI may identify dates, places, deadlines, to-dos, checklist items, contacts, health notes, pickup rules, and missing information. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check each draft against the source before saving or acting on it.
7. Data controls
You can export a readable copy of family data and use the content controls currently available in the product. You can also stop using your account. Some records may be retained for backups, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal requirements.
8. Privacy and service providers
The Privacy Policy explains how LittleWeek AI handles personal and family information. LittleWeek AI may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, AI processing, email, and push delivery when those services are needed.
9. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, submit personal or child information without authorization, impersonate another person, bypass permissions, attack the service, or use LittleWeek AI for emergency tracking or other high-risk decisions.
10. Changes and availability
Features may change, pause, or end. The service may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
11. Paid features
Paid features are offered through the purchase screen or payment provider, which shows the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax information before purchase.
12. Intellectual property
LittleWeek AI software, interface, design, brand, and content supplied with the product belong to LittleWeek AI or its licensors. You may use them only as the service and these terms allow.
13. Feedback
The team may use product suggestions, reports, and ideas to improve LittleWeek AI. This does not change your rights in family content.
14. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended when reasonably necessary to respond to unlawful use, abuse, security risks, rights violations, or breaches of these terms.
15. Service limits
To the extent permitted by law, LittleWeek AI is provided on an as-available basis. AI output, reminders, summaries, sync, exports, and third-party integrations may not always be accurate, timely, continuous, or suitable for a particular family situation.
16. Updates
These terms may be updated. When required, the service will provide notice or request renewed agreement. Continued use after an update has taken effect means accepting the updated terms where permitted by law.
